Second-user desktops
Ex-corporate desktops like the Dell OptiPlex, HP ProDesk and Lenovo ThinkCentre are some of the best value in computing. They're quiet, reliable and easy to upgrade with more memory or a bigger SSD, and businesses replace them on a schedule, not when they wear out.

Not seeing what you need? Amazon UK may carry more refurbished desktop pcs than we list here.
Search Amazon UKMany refurbished desktops on Amazon run Windows 11 on 3rd to 7th generation Intel processors (for example an i5-4570, i5-6500 or i7-3770). Windows 11 can be forced onto these machines, but they're not on Microsoft's supported list. Microsoft says unsupported PCs aren't guaranteed to receive updates. A machine with an 8th generation or newer Intel processor (i5-8500, i5-9500T, i5-12500 and so on) avoids the problem. More on Windows 11 requirements.
Usually just the PC and power cable, though some bundles add a keyboard, mouse or monitor. The listing will say what's included.
Usually, yes. Memory and SSDs are easy to upgrade in most business desktops. Small-form-factor models take only low-profile graphics cards, and their power supplies limit what you can add.
