Affiliate disclosure

secondbyteit.com is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

What that means for you

• When you click a product link on this site you go to Amazon UK. If you then buy something, Amazon pays us a small commission.
• You don't pay anything extra. The price on Amazon is the same whether you arrive from here or not.
• Every affiliate link is marked rel="sponsored" and leads only to amazon.co.uk.
• We don't show prices on this site, because they change often. The price shown on Amazon when you visit is the one that applies.

How products are chosen

We list refurbished ("Renewed") business-grade laptops and desktop PCs from Amazon UK. We only include machines whose processors are on Microsoft's supported list for Windows 11 (Intel 8th generation or newer), with an SSD and at least 8GB of RAM, and we prefer UK keyboard layouts. Specs come from the Amazon listing; we haven't tested these machines hands-on, and refurbished stock changes quickly, so always check the listing before you buy.

Commission rates don't decide which products we list or how we describe them. If a product doesn't suit a job, we'd rather say so.

Who runs this site

secondbyteit.com is run by Steven Smith, who also owns the Green ITAD directory (greenitad.co.uk) and works for Revolve ITAD Solutions (revolveitad.co.uk). We link to both because they are part of the same second-user IT story. We're not affiliated with Amazon or with any laptop or PC brand mentioned; brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.
